About Kelsie…

Kelsie holds a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Counseling from Liberty University and brings several years of experience as a K–12 guidance counselor in a private school setting. In that role, she supported students academically, emotionally, and developmentally—working closely with families to navigate challenges, set meaningful goals, and build confidence at every stage of learning.

Now a homeschooling mother of three, Kelsie combines her professional counseling background with real-life homeschooling experience. She understands both the educational and emotional needs of students, as well as the unique pressures parents often face when guiding their child’s education.

Kelsie is passionate about helping families move from feeling overwhelmed to confident and equipped. She provides clarity in the homeschooling process, offers practical strategies tailored to each child, and partners with parents to create a balanced, personalized learning environment where both they and their children can thrive.

  • Personalized one-on-one homeschool support centered on your family’s unique needs. Whether you’re looking for a trusted advisor to help shape your curriculum or if you are exploring whether homeschooling in New York is the right path for your family, these flexible sessions meet you where you are.

    You’ll receive a personalized homeschooling strategy thoughtfully designed around your child’s unique needs, strengths, and learning style, along with handpicked recommendations for books and programs to support your journey. I’ll also check in with a follow-up email one week after our session to see how things are going, answer any questions, and offer continued support as you move forward.

    $100 per hour

  • Curriculum coaching designed to give your family a clear, cohesive plan—complete with sample lesson plans, assignments, and clearly defined learning outcomes. Together, we’ll audit and align your subjects to ensure strong academic coverage while preserving the curiosity and joy that make homeschooling so special.

    This package includes a one-hour initial session where we’ll explore your family’s homeschool vision, identify the educational models that resonate with you, and assess your child’s unique learning style. Together, we’ll outline meaningful academic goals and build a tailored curriculum plan with a customized strategy for your child(ren). You’ll also receive guidance on crafting your own lesson plans, along with a one-hour follow-up session to support your next steps.

    $400 + $50 for each additional child

  • Created for families beginning their homeschooling journey, this all-in-one package offers a supportive, hands-on partnership to help you find your rhythm. We’ll work together to design a flexible daily flow that supports a natural life of learning, build a curated collection of living books your child will love, and ensure you feel confident meeting state requirements—all with a focus on making homeschooling feel natural, doable, and meaningful from the start.

    This package includes two one-hour consultation sessions, along with a step-by-step guide to homeschooling laws and requirements to help you feel confident navigating the process. You’ll also receive customized curriculum recommendations, practical schedule templates, and daily structure plans designed to fit your family’s needs. When available in your area, I’ll also share helpful homeschooling community resources to support you beyond our sessions.

    $500

In-person consultations are available in Honeoye Falls, NY with morning, evening, and weekend availability. I also offer phone consultations, providing flexible support from the comfort of your home without sacrificing the same thoughtful, detail-oriented care.

Payment (cash, check, or Venmo) is due in full at or before your consultation. Payment plans are available upon request.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation meeting, and I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
