Family counseling addresses the dynamics of families as well as individual needs within a family context. It’s focus is to improve relationships among family members and can consist of a variety of group combinations including parents, children, siblings, grandparents, aunts & uncles, & caregivers.

Early childhood & youth counseling serves those between the ages of 2-12. Childhood counseling involves several services designed to help children address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. Counseling for this age often incorporates techniques that involve play, art, and hands-on sensory experiences based on the individual child’s age, needs, & interests. The goal isn’t just about solving problems; it’s about equipping each child with the emotional tools they need to feel more confident, connected, and resilient.

Teen counseling (ages 13-18) involves support and guidance tailored to address the unique emotional, social, and mental health needs of adolescents. It provides a safe space for teenagers to express themselves, navigate challenges like stress, anxiety, academic pressure, and peer relationships.
High School Juniors & Seniors can also choose to do career counseling. This type of counseling assists them in exploring their interests & strengths in order to build confidence in making informed decisions about their future. It provides support in planning their education and developing skills necessary for their chosen careers, ultimately reducing anxiety about post-graduation choices.

Adult counseling is designed to support individuals in navigating various life challenges. It addresses a wide range of issues, including emotional, psychological, and relational difficulties.
Adults may seek counseling for various reasons, including managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, loss of a loved one, and personal growth. Counseling provides a supportive environment to explore these challenges and develop coping strategies.

Couples counseling is aimed at improving intimate relationships and resolving conflicts between partners. It provides a safe space for couples to communicate more effectively, address issues, and strengthen their emotional connection.

God’s calling for me to counsel, love, & support those in every walk of life has been evident in every season of my life. Through both my personal and professional experiences, I have a dynamic background in guiding others as they navigate the various chapters of their own journey.”
Kelsie obtained her Masters degree in Marriage & Family Counseling from Liberty University in 2017. She worked for several years as the guidance counselor at a private school assisting with grades K-12th before deciding to return home to focus on the growth of her family. Her and her husband Nate homeschool their three daughters ages 8, 4, and 1.

Appointments are held in Honeoye Falls, NY with afternoon and evening appointment availability.
Phone consultations are also available for both adults and teens, offering flexible support from the comfort of your home—while maintaining the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person sessions.

Services are self-pay only and not billed through insurance. This allows for more personalized, private, and flexible care.
Payment
To secure your session, please note that payment is due by the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept PayPal, Venmo, and cash.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
